Pratiques r\u00e9paratrices<\/span><\/h2>\n

Nous utilisons le programme de pratiques r\u00e9paratrices pour b\u00e2tir une communaut\u00e9 positive et r\u00e9duire les conflits dans notre \u00e9cole. D\u00e9velopp\u00e9 par le Institut international des pratiques r\u00e9paratrices<\/a>\u00a0Elle se concentre sur le renforcement des relations et la r\u00e9solution des probl\u00e8mes. Les pratiques r\u00e9paratrices nous aident \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un environnement respectueux et incluent \u00e0 la fois des moyens de cr\u00e9er des liens et de les r\u00e9parer en cas de pr\u00e9judice.<\/p>\n

Les m\u00e9diateurs entre pairs <\/b><\/h3>\n

Nos m\u00e9diateurs form\u00e9s, \u00e9l\u00e8ves de 4e et 5e ann\u00e9e, sont des leaders \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Frederick qui aident \u00e0 favoriser des amiti\u00e9s positives, \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre les conflits et \u00e0 soutenir les pratiques r\u00e9paratrices. Ces pratiques construisent une communaut\u00e9 respectueuse, r\u00e9duisent les conflits et enseignent des comp\u00e9tences de r\u00e9solution de probl\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t<\/div> \n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div> \n\n\t

R\u00e9unions communautaires
\n<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

L'une des principales fa\u00e7ons de cr\u00e9er une communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Frederick est de participer \u00e0 nos r\u00e9unions communautaires hebdomadaires. Tous les vendredis, les \u00e9l\u00e8ves et le personnel se r\u00e9unissent pendant 30 minutes pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer les r\u00e9alisations, se concentrer sur nos affirmations et nos habitudes d'esprit, parler de l'actualit\u00e9 ou discuter des moyens d'am\u00e9liorer l'environnement d'apprentissage. Ces r\u00e9unions sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement dirig\u00e9es par un enseignant, mais parfois les \u00e9l\u00e8ves dirigent \u00e9galement. Les parents qui souhaitent y assister doivent contacter l'enseignant de leur enfant.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le cercle du matin \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Frederick est un moment o\u00f9 les \u00e9l\u00e8ves peuvent se connecter avec leurs camarades de classe et leur enseignant. Les objectifs sont les suivants\u00a0:<\/p>\n

    CHAMPS est un syst\u00e8me utilis\u00e9 \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole \u00e9l\u00e9mentaire Frederick pour garder les \u00e9l\u00e8ves concentr\u00e9s, responsables et engag\u00e9s dans les t\u00e2ches en classe. Chaque lettre repr\u00e9sente un \u00e9l\u00e9ment cl\u00e9 du comportement en classe :<\/p>\n
